The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through three sets of questionnaires, i.e., Mindset Scale (20 items, α=0.804) and Grit Scale for Children and Adult (12 items, α=0.774). Results indicated a positive correlation between the growth mindset and grit. Grit also confirmed affected by a growth mindset (β=0.445, p<0.001). The growth mindset in students predicts grittier students to achieve goals and the best performance.
