This paper aims to present an observation made on the practice of manners and morals towards the environment among Form Four Muslim students at two schools in the district of Johor. To achieve this, a set of sub-constructs of manners and morals towards the environment which contains a total of 20 items were used. This was taken from the Malaysia Akhlak Assessment Instruments (MyAAI). A total of 318 students participated as peer assessors with 159 others as respondents. Two assessors (as determined by the school) were paired with each respondent. The instrument reliability index was found to be high with Cronbach alpha value of 0.94 while the item reliability was 0.98 and reliability person 0.91. Results of the level of practice of manners and morals towards the environment among Muslim secondary school students are as follows: extremely excellent 16 students (10%), excellent 41 students (25.8%), good 71 students (44.7%), low 25 students (15.7%), and very weak 6 students (3.8%).Downloads
