Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the content validity and reliability of the Celik Programming Module based on blended learning developed for vocational college students based on the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model. The Celik Programming Module is developed to help students understand, apply the concepts and procedures in Basic Java Programming Language. The content validity of the module was analyzed using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Percentage Calculation Method (PCM) involving evaluation by five experts through purposive sampling. While 15 vocational college students were involved in using the Celik Programming Module to determine the functionality of the module and usability questionnaire instruments. The results of the analysis show that the overall value of content validity using CVI and PCM is 0.98 and 91.4%. The value of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient shows that the Celik Programming module is high, which is α=.969. In conclusion, the results of this study prove that the Celik Programming Module has high validity and good reliability. Therefore, the Celik Programming Module has the potential to be a relevant module to be used as one of the teaching aids and interventions for teachers and students in the programming field. It is hoped that this module can be fully used by teachers and students in vocational colleges.
