Penilaian Terhadap Keberkesanan Perlaksanaan Kursus dan Latihan yang Ditawarkan oleh Institut Latihan dan Dakwah Selangor (ILDAS)

This article is concerned on the assesment of the courses and training impelemented by Institut Latihan dan Dakwah Selangor (ILDAS). There are five units which are responsible in conducting ILDAS’s courses and training, namely as Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Am, Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Dakwah, Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Pendidikan Islam, Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Teknologi Maklumat and Pusat Latihan Pengurusan Masjid. The study which covers courses and trainings in a period of 2010-2012 has involved 1000 participants in Selangor . Some of 1000 questionnaires was distributed among the participants. This study has employed two-stage random sampling by combining cluster sampling and stratified random sampling as a sample of the study. The study found that majority of the participants satisfied with the courses offered to them. The overall min score 3.973 proved participants satisfaction.
