Abstract

The study designed of statistics using analysis of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the elements of the current communications intern learning housemanship. Strengthening the study conducted based Bachelor and previous findings showing that communication is very important in learning intern during housemanship. Furthermore, the researchers have used several previous an instrument to use. To strengthen the selection of items, researchers get the validity of lecturers who have eligibility as well as expertise in the field of study. Researchers also performed a test pilot study to look at the value of alpha's alpha obtained either have high reliability or low. Finally, researchers test Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for sees Compatibility items in the elements of communication. To ensure the successful in this study, the researchers doing data collection at the two main hospitals in Johor namely Hospital Sultan Ismail specialist Hospital Sultanah and Fatimah, Muar. The findings showed the value of validity and reliability is high. For CFA tests, three questions were discarded due to having low loading factor value and does not meet the conditions of the CFA.
