The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between mentoring program and mentees’ psychosocial using the survey questionnaires gathered from undergraduate students in a government university in Sarawak, Malaysia. The outcomes of SmartPLS path model analysis showed two important findings: First, comfortable communication positively and significantly correlated with mentees’ psychosocial. Second, active participation positively and significantly correlated with mentees’ psychososial. Statistically, this result demonstrates that communication between mentors and mentee that are comfortably implemented in mentoring activities, and participation of mentors and mentees that are actively implemented in mentoring activities have been essential predictors of mentees’ psychosocial in the studied organization. Further, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.References
