Data were gathered through questionnaire from a sample of technical employees (n = 180) who worked in MNC status companies located in the Northern States of Peninsular Malaysia. Results indicate that proactive personality was a significant factor in influencing career success. These findings generally supported past findings, which suggested that employees are more likely to gain career success if they possess the characteristics of proactive personality. The findings were discussed and implications were also put forward.Downloads
