Abstract

The implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) due to Covid-19 pandemic have so many implications to most of organization including education institution. As a reaction to the situation, most of education institution implement fully online teaching and learning (OT&L). A lot of studies had been conducted to identify the effectiveness of OTdanL from various perspectives. The research with same focus and theme among difference respondent may produce either same or difference research output. The aim of this research is to identify research output about the implementation of OT&L among relevance article which indexed in MyCITE database. To specific the article, a few key words will used; perception, readiness, family, and financial issues, technical, motivation, and experience of OT&L. 50 articles were analysed by qualitative method to identify research finding about theme and mentioned key word. As a result of analysis, most of respondent facing up with Internet connection and devices which is significant to OT&L. This problem has been identified give an impact to readiness, motivation, and experience. Most of finding show that respondents tend to moderate on acceptance, motivation, and experience of OT&L due to a few factors; Internet connection, devices, family issues, time management, self-learning, and teaching process. Another finding shows that most of respondent tend to have face to face class compared to OT&L. Differences factors was identified had significant impact on OT&L implementation and interrelated each other’s.
