Portfolio Pelaburan Harta Tanah: Kriteria dalam Membuat Keputusan Pelaburan

The real estate investment around the world is now seen as encouraging as the potential to obtain high returns. However, investment could face a higher risk if not properly managed. To overcome this issue, the portfolio should be created for each investment. To develop a portfolio, the investor should be wise in making real estate investment decisions. The aim of this study is to develop a portfolio of real estate investments that can be used by PMBK. The objective of this study is to review the activities of the real estate investment owned by the state of Kelantan and to review key criteria needed to make a real estate investment decisions. To achieve this objective, data of investment from PMBK and some of its subsidiaries are collected to be analyzed. Based on the research, a decision on the criteria to be taken into account in the investment decision-making property available.
