The survey involved 370 secondary school teachers from the Sepang District, were randomly selected as a sample of the study. This study aimed to find: 1. Teacher perception toward teacher’s activities as a partimer, and 2. The effects of teacher activities as partimer toward teacher commitment. A questionnaire was used as instrument in this study. The results showed the teachers' perception of partimer work activities among teachers in Sepang District is high but the effect of this activity on teacher’ commitment is low. This means additional activity undertaken by secondary school teachers' didn’t have an affects to their commitment as teachers.
